Your projects, your files
Start a real workspace on your Mac. Know where everything lives and keep the work when the chat ends.
Turn a conversation into real projects with a local toolkit. Zodway is being built to connect supported ChatGPT experiences to files, tests, skills and recovery on your computer.

Review the change before applying it.
A chat alone cannot build software on your machine. Zodway is designed to connect AI reasoning to a permissioned set of practical local capabilities.

Source edits, local tests and repeatable tasks should run as actual operations—not just listed capabilities.
Persistent project checkpoints are designed to help a new conversation understand what happened last time.
See which project a tool can touch, what it can change and how to reverse it. Privileged access stays opt-in.
Keep the free app compact. Add reviewed development, browser and document skills only when useful.
Build, test and repair with visible receipts, source versions and honest PASS/FAIL outcomes.
We’re focusing the first release on outcomes people can verify—not dozens of features nobody needs. Choose a workflow to see the intended experience.
There are already excellent AI agents, coding tools and app builders. Our goal is smaller setup overhead, durable project continuity and clearly verified local results.
Product release criteria, not a claim that every item has passed today.
We're developing the free foundation first: a secure MCP connection, project workspace, local tooling, test results and recovery. Specialised capabilities can follow as optional free or premium packs.
Follow the actual build status →Not yet. The Mac app and live project-tool integration are still being tested. This website does not offer a source archive disguised as a working installer. We will add a verified release only after the clean-Mac checks pass.
The planned Community core has no Zod metered inference bill and no mandatory API key. An eligible AI account is still needed, and its own plan, usage and feature restrictions apply. In particular, write-enabled ChatGPT MCP access on a Free account has not yet been demonstrated.
Local project storage is the product's design target. If you use an AI conversation or an optional online integration, the information you choose to send may be processed by that provider. We're documenting permissions and privacy carefully before public beta.
Those tools already solve many of the same problems. Our hypothesis is simpler onboarding, persistent local project state and transparent proof that work really happened. We will test that against comparable free alternatives before making superiority claims.
No. The free core is intended to handle useful projects, files, testing and recovery. Later optional packs may save time on specialised work, while remaining open to users building or integrating their own solutions.
